HOW TO CONNECT YOUR WALL OVEN
STEP 1
- Your appliance is an 802.11g device. Please check that your wireless network is compatible.
- Your Wi-Fi-enabled appliance is properly installed and turned on.
- Your wireless router is turned on and you have internet connection.

- Connect to your oven with your smartphone and follow the directions in the app.
- The JennAir® app allows you to now control your oven remotely.
- If for some reason you’re having a problem with your oven, our new Remote Diagnostic feature can diagnose the issue, suggest the part needed and potentially fix it from afar. That’s brilliance at its best.

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR RANGE
STEP 1
- You are just a few steps away from an elevated kitchen experience with a connected appliance from JennAir. You will need a wireless router supporting WiFi at 2.4GHz. If you are unsure of your router’s capabilities, refer to the router manufacturer’s instruction.

STEP 2
- Download or update the JennAir® app
- Add the JennAir®app to your smartphone or tablet. Once installed, launch the app and you’ll be guided through the steps to set up a user account and connect your appliance.
- If you already have the app set up with other JennAir® connected appliances, click the Setting icon, go to Account Settings, then Add Appliance.
- If you have any problems or questions, call JennAir Connected Appliances at 1-800-JENNAIR (536-6247)

STEP 3
- To add you appliance, Look for the SAID code on your appliance. The SAID can be scanned or manually added. The SAID # is a unique identification number for your appliance. It is located on the lower right of the front side panel of the range. Scan the QR code or add the number manually to connect.
- Follow the prompts in the app.

- On your appliance, please follow these instructions:

The JennAir® Connected Refrigerator allows you to control your kitchen from the palm of your hand, using an app, available for either iOS or Android devices.

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR REFRIGERATOR
STEP 3
- Look for the SAID code on your appliance.
- Column Refrigerators: The SAID # is a unique identification number for your appliance. It is located underneath the filter door of the refrigerator. Scan the QR code or add the number manually to connect.
- Freestanding Refrigerators: The SAID # is a unique identification number for your appliance. It is located on the right hand hinge cover of the refrigerator door. Scan the QR code of add the number manually to connect.
HOW TO CONNECT YOUR REFRIGERATOR
STEP 4
- After you enter your SAID number, you’ll receive a prompt on the app to connect your refrigerator to your home wifi system. This is a two step process. First, press the WPS button on your wireless router. Then, go to your refrigerator and press the “Connect” button, which is found on the inside of the refrigerator door.
- Once the refrigerator is connected, press the “Finish” button in the app and give your appliance a name when prompted. Press “Save”, and you are done.

Please Check:
- Your Wi-Fi-enabled dishwasher is installed and powered on.
- Your home wireless router is turned on and you have an active internet connection.
- Your mobile device is connected/logged-in to your home Wi-Fi.

- Download the JennAir® app to your device and create an account. Once you have created an account, go to the Home Screen and click “+ Add Appliance”.

- Scan the SAID label on your dishwasher.

- Type in your home Wi-Fi password to connect your dishwasher to your Wi-Fi.
- This connection method may not be compatible with all Wi-Fi routers. If this connection method fails, follow the steps in the app to complete WPS set-up.
